after reading some of these comments, im genuinely confuse why people think the kloff from this 2nd timeline is the same person as the kloff from the 1st timeline they’re literally 2 different people (imo), if you want to see him suffer, the REAL kloff suffers in the 3rd timeline

The author really chose violence. They inflicted three kinds of traumatic pain.

Because he is... Book 2 shows people why Book 1 was such a mess. Kloff has homophobic views, inferiority complex, selfish, arrogant, and righteous.

It shows why he chose to be with Rapiel. Rapiel was the easier option, he was an omega, easy to reach.. unlike a Count who was unreachable. His views about taboo relationships being disgusting was his opinion, and that is his right. But he was willing to use someone to make himself feel normal.

If the engagement wasn’t ruined this arc is basically book 1, but with imprinting.. Kloff would end up hurting two people. Kloff said he was the victim of Aeroc’s secret… like what a winner (╯°Д °)╯╧╧

When he did want to have a relationship with Aeroc. He forgot how rude he was in the beginning… Aeroc maybe a dumb client, but he still wasn’t supposed to be treated that way. Also they have no real conversation before the break-up… and suddenly ‘let’s date!’ Like holy shit dude… what a selfish asshole.

I mean.. this Kloff seems better, but when you reread this novel. You catch details. Kloff didn’t court Aeroc, he coerced him… if he is a different from world 1 kloff... pregnancy wasn’t going to be the priority. He knew he didn’t qualify to be Aeroc’s husband, so he needed a foot inside that house.. and a baby was it. It looks funny reading his pov.. but it’s a selfish thing. I love Lenoc, Euria, and Jester… but having kids doesn’t erase how horrible this relationship started. We don’t see the relationship after the birth, but seven to eight years after… so it’s hard to tell.. but I wish Kloff would have thought of Aeroc first. Aeroc has ptsd, he was delicate… smothering him with love wouldn’t instantly cure that

I agree, it feels like he suddenly love him cuz he found out he was omega. He did admit it to himself prior to knowing about Aeroc being Omega but he's irritatingly glad when he found out. (╯°Д °)╯╧╧
I'm curious what events the 3rd timeline had but I'd rather kloff remember the 1st timeline in the 2nd and they deal with the angst now than later XD

The Kloff S2 remembers parts but thinks it’s just the imprinting messing with his memories, he never acknowledges it.

The third timeline is actually entertaining… Kloff feels that he’s in hell. I love how he was kick out of Teiwind Estate for acting like a madman. The first half seems like Kloff was winning, he did get access to Aeroc’s estate again… but as he learned more about Aeroc.. well the angst starts there.

The novel is a lot better than the manhwa… the manhwa watered down the story. Aeroc was trembling before their sex in this chapter, prompting the question about consent. Kloff wasn’t going to ask that (showing us he’s really a selfish person) he only asked because of this briefly mentioned library scene after their sex. Aeroc was crying a lot… he had to hurt Aeroc before taking things more seriously

Kloff was confused when he returned unlike Aeroc and attacked Aeroc saying things about their past life… scaring Aeroc. This gets Kloff thrown out.. they met after months where Kloff learns he had come back and Aeroc doesn’t recognize him. So he took it as a challenge to rise again and have Aeroc

Kloff rised again. He became this financial investment genius who everyone was trying to hire. Of course, Aeroc doesn’t really pay attention, he was doing fine. They did met up in Duchess of Clayton’s place and Kloff and Aeroc get into an argument. After that Aeroc decided to avoid the madman

Aeroc starts getting scammed (Kloff actually in the last chapter did admit in his thoughts having hand in this.. he knew that Aeroc had to take a big hit to hire him) the contract is Kloff restores the Teiwind fortune in exchange of Aeroc. Which he did…

They have a lot of hot and cold meetings because Kloff keeps mentioning world 1, he also shows Aeroc I know your favorite books.. he literally punishes Aeroc by reading them while smoking. They keep fighting. They did have peaceful moments a few… when he found Aeroc cute and lively.

The chaos starts when Kloff sees Rapiel again. Kloff believes Aeroc was going to hurt so he ended up hurting Rapiel, and after that Aeroc but telling him if he has plans to hurt Rapiel, and then offering himself so Aeroc wouldn’t hurt Rapiel. Making Aeroc really angry… he felt that he was just a substitute for Rapiel. Aeroc being bad at handling emotions looked for a prostitute in the Bottom.. but got scared and saw people don’t bathe.. he wanted to leave but ended up catching the attention of thugs. He gets save by Kloff… who gets shot.

Aeroc rehires Kloff, he actually starts liking Kloff. But Kloff who is suffering from imprint.. leaves the estate and doesn’t show up a lot. Even Aeroc’s soiree. He did give Aeroc a painting to make up for his absence, knowing how much Aeroc loved that work in world 1.

Aeroc in his excitement went to look for Kloff only to hear him calling Rapiel. He goes to Woflake and ask only to be scolded. He returns and sees Kloff was alone… and was attacked (imprint symptoms) which causes Aeroc to hide away in his estate. Kloff did try seeing him.. but couldn’t pass Hugo. The final nail in the coffin was the gardener’s hat and the painting (Kloff commissioned a painting with Aeroc of world 1) offending Aeroc. After Rapiel and Woflake’s marriage… they see each other again in Aeroc’s estate and they had this huge argument. Aeroc asked him about the painting “did you enjoy seeing me in such a state!?” Which scared Kloff. Aeroc really unleashed on him about his imprinting symptoms.. how he almost killed him etc. Kloff said "No. Not at all. I regretted it. I really regretted not granting his last request that day. No, I regretted that my arrogant pride and prejudice blinded me to the truth. No, no. That's not it." and "I should never have met you in the first place. I should never have known the brilliant light of this world's greatest creature. Instead I reflected it with my flawed soul, and I ended up destroying it myself. My sins will never be washed away. That’s why, even if I were to be born again, I would still be ensnared by madness, hurting pure and beautiful souls.”

Kloff wanting to meet his Aeroc actually commits suicide but fails because Wolflake jams the gun. He acted that he had amnesia (he doesn’t talk about what happened) and Aeroc thinking that he has started taking care of him. It isn’t really satisfying his karma… but in the final chapter he admitted that everytime that he wanted to feel be happy he is haunted by how he destroyed Aeroc.. how everything went wrong because of his inferiority complex. That’s the ending… one of the side stories One Afternoon (I believe is OG kloff and Aeroc) he is overcompensating his relationship by spoiling Aeroc. He lets Aeroc buy everything he wants. There is this detail in the side stories… Kloff of season 2 hated it when Aeroc spends money on statues… but Og Kloff just lets Aeroc do what he wants.. to the point he was drowning in receipts. Kloff of s2 doesn’t know Lenoc has a crush on Sioux, OG kloff finds it funny seeing his son act like him towards Sioux.

You’re not getting my point here yeah i agree with most of the stuff you just said but AGAIN it still doesn’t change the fact that this kloff is not the same as the OG. My first comment was for the people who were upset that this 2nd timeline kloff wasn’t suffering enough bc of what he did in the 1st timeline, but he wasn’t even the one who tortured aeroc?? it was the 1st kloff. That’s why in my comment i said “if you want to see him suffer the real one suffers in the 3rd timeline.” The one who ACTUALLY did the deed. And yeah this 2nd kloff could’ve done it too but it doesn’t happen because they’ve already changed their story but ofc i do get that they both have the same mindset.

I like what the author did in their story. It's like, had they made different choices the possibilities is limitless. The happiness they sought wasn't that hard to achieve. But, in the end reality is what it is, and the life they dream of is but a dream.

That's true. 2nd TL Kloff is a jerk but he's different from the original. He at least used his brain to think and had a little empathy to step back and analyze the events around him, except when he beat up two Alphas lol.
    The 1st timeline deserves deathrow.
