Maye not. Becuse the story I read, the Uke litteraly ghosted the Seme after they had sex, the
En he quit and didn't even give him any closure by breaking up with the Seme in person. Why did he need to run? Why not just say 'I'm done with the relationship' and ask the teammates or the official esper guild for protection if Seme threatened him, of which at this point seme hadn't ever been violent with him so it wasn't like he was fleeing domestic violence. It's so toxic to ghost someone you're dating after planning a life and future with them. Seme deserved better, especially since it was the Uke who forced guiding on him, seme always said NO. Reminds me of that real life story where a husband faked his own death, leaving his wife and kids for a chick he met online. Just tell someone you want to end it, don't leave them assuming the worst. Seme genuinely thought Uke was forced to leave, and later thought Uke was dead. How is faking your death easier than giving your partner the courtesy of breaking up in person?

PS when the Seme finally cones to terms with the breakup, the Uke jumps on the 'let me guide you train' despite the Seme saying No again, he was ready to move his guild to Argentina and finally move on but Uke drags him back again. Why not let the Seme move to Argentina, finally heal and probably find love again? Uke had a new job, new SS class why did he change his mind after dramatically running away?

My comment was based on what I read in the manhwa. It seems the novel and the manwha are two DIFFERENT stories at this point. In the manhwa the Uke was definitely the toxic one in the relationship, regardless of that being the opposite in the novel from what you're saying.

Wait till you grow up and get a job. Working stipulated hours, on stipulated days, with a stipulated salary that was contractually agreed upon, is NOT being used. And if you one day get fired or let go, again, you were not being used. A company reserves the right to keep or fire employees, in the same way an employee reserves the right to stay or resign from the company he works for. This is legal, you can't even argue under the law that you were used after you're let go from your job, unless you were not getting paid, of which MC was indeed getting paid and even had days off. In fact, he went against his contract multiple times by forcing guiding on the ML who didn't want guiding from him. Even after he ghosted him, he still came back and went to force guide the ML in the hospital without the ML consent. He didn't want it and the MC forced it on him whilst the ML was unconscious. This is someone you say was running for his life from the obsessive ML? This is someone who was being used? Stop trying to force victimhood on the MC who was never in danger the whole story. And, if the ML was going through something as stressful and traumatic as having to go retrieve his dead brother's body from a hellish world, then the ML 100% deserved a few weeks where he didn't need to stress about contacting the MC. The MC was super toxic for making that situation about himself. He didn't even care about the ML and his teammates loosing and fighting for the dead brother. Mc needed to give ML and friends the space they deserved to deal with the grief and the hell they just went though. Instead he was like 'I don't care you just went through a hellish fight for your lives, I don't care your brother died, call me or I ghost you' - that's toxic. ML deserves better, especially since he gave his brother's core to MC. How is sad is that.
