Ian being a loyal pathetic dog, I understand but to say Eunsan's not reciprocating these feelings/obsession Ian has, idk. Ydk how hard it is for the other person too when this person constantly revolves their whole life around you. Considering you did say you were the Ian in your relationship with ur ex, you're clearly just projecting these feelings you've had about your ex to Eunsan and yeah, he's a bit selfish but imagine your friend one day just leaves and then comes back with this whole arse confession. I don't blame Eunsun for how he's choosing to accept this, and this is a common trope in manhwas for characters to 'fake date' before confessing. Plus it's really hard to empathise with a person who makes you the centre of their world 24/7, cause like why??? And Eunsan was just confessed to like 5 chaps ago, you can't expect him to take smth in like in few days after being separate for 10 years like we really dk where this is gonna go.. And it still sounds like ur not over ur ex whatsoever btw, work on yourself if u despise them this much, i would NOT be gooning to them after wtv they've done to hurt you? Please work on yourself and consider deleting those vids to make yourself central. Sorry if this comes off as rude but I'm just tryna hold mutual understanding of the character Eunsan.

not only do i just kind of hate him (bias), his nonchalant attitude and.. tbh.. realness to his feelings- like his dismissive behavior towards the top and his self-centered approach to reality.. he is a carbon copy of my ex while ian is a carbon copy of me, excluding appearance for both. and ik this means nothing to you so i’ll explain: ian is a loyal pathetic dog and the other guy couldn’t care less who stumbles into his life as long as they provide him with something, and has zero empathy or sympathy for ian and his obvious obsession with him. i love the smut and art and yeah i did goon to some of the amateur videos me and my ex shot together after this, but this had me wincing with practically every page from how close it hit to home.

ok i wasn’t gonna reply to any of these but i just feel bad that you read what i wrote, wrote this and decided “yeah, this was a serious post, and this guy needs to know he’s wrong!!”

let’s ignore what i said before:
this story is frustrating in the way that many bls are, with a creepy smitten almost-rapist arrogant top and a traumatized yet self reliant bottom that the plot line revolves around healing, getting them to be able to emotionally depend on the ml, and character/relationship development
this relationship plot line is always fucking boring but ig that’s an opinion.
ok now to the point

my issue is the characters and relationship haven’t developed even a little and have only gotten worse so far
they aren’t cute together in my opinion either but that’s my opinion (besides when baek beats up ian at the funeral, hottest moment to date)
ian is really fucking weird to start and has been projecting his own issues onto baek basically the whole time.
imagine if he wasn’t so attractive or famous.
the fact that he HAS to be attractive and famous for this to be a good story is just, not great.
and the fact that baek has to be traumatized to explain, not excuse, just explain his words and action(s) is also not great.
and i hate that i am forced to feel bad for the mc in every bl i read but that’s also an opinion.
baeks is just an uninteresting guy with a deep backstory we don’t know yet for the first half of this, then he’s a generic kind mc who’s also an asshole but only to ian who’s an asshole in return-
at least he’s not one dimensional.

i dislike this dynamic and trope, boundary crossing healing presence x traumatized who ‘doesn’t need help’ except i’ve never seen it done as frustratingly as it is here
probably because i usually only see it in guideverse

specifically in the recent chapters where their initial lack of compatibility becomes more obvious as ian comes on way too strong constantly and therefore gets his feelings undermined (shown as sexual envy/possessiveness, but could’ve been worse if this was real life ig) when baek isn’t like every other bl bottom and doesn’t empathize with his feelings immediately.
baek is objectively the far better character and i just find him to be mildly annoying like every other mc like him with the added bonus of being boring, usually this character is a full blown drug addict or a sex worker or committing felonies on the daily to make up for how lacking they tend to be in everything but bratty comebacks.

so if we go back to what i actually posted, it’s this if it was full bias full bullshit most aggressive and sexual phrasing i can manage.. like almost all of my other posts
only now that im not joking or mentioning my ex im sure what im saying now makes sense to you.
