I think his ao called mother blackmailed him with something about Dohu. A few chapter before when he is at his gradfather house and they have an argument go out and tell his aunt (mother) he won’t be his “doll” anymore and she take out something maybe a photo, but it wasn’t showed si maybe we got answer later on.
