I kinda dont understand whats wrong with the grandma part

The dried persimmon is being known as a death threat because she almost died eating poison ones.
She sent unpoisoned to the Third Prince and sweets. It was more of a warning but can’t be said to be a threat because she added sweets as well.

Basically telling in a very political way that she wants him dead the same way he tried to kill her.
Grandma thinks he should be free even after everything he’s done. She doesn’t seem to care that Sia almost died many times.
Sia doesn’t want to lose her relationship with grandma but also refuses to agree that third prince did nothing wrong ( because he literally tried to kill her & her brother )
I hope that’s an okay explanation.

She favors the boy over the girl. Classic traditional grand mother.
