My original point was how i was reading stalker stories at a time where I was receiving no attention or love as a kid, and since there was no one criticising it and when there were people hating, they got such fierce and harsh rebuttal, it made me think that maybe those stories weren't so twisted and that what I said about nearly being groomed. You can complain about parents as much as you want but that won't change the harsh truth, kids WILL find this stuff. i totally agree with you, while not necessary to remind in the comments that the mature content featured in a mature story are many times dangerous, criminal or problematic, its good to go out of your way regardless and spread some good for the benefit of kids with irresponsible parents. and while jinx's comments might almost always miss the point, at least they also critisise rape. mature stories are designed to insinuate, urge to critically consider and explore subtext. but you must firstly know the socially proper and acceptable in order to challenge it.
