That old flame could’ve been anyone it’s been years since they’ve saw each other and one has a kid. Really on Hyun if he assumed it was him. They didn’t even date. But overall they are both doing the same thing. Seo mentally being an arrogant ass because he don’t realize/can’t admit he’s down bad. And Hyuns sleeping with him thinking that’s all he’ll be able to get but then leaves him high and dry scared to ask him out. Or whatever reason he got because we still don’t know what’s going on with him. One person feeling rejected without ever actually being rejected and the other person feeling like they’ve been used for their body.
Unpopular opinion It seems from the comments but I feel bad for the seme. Imagine this someone shows interest in you twice, you think it’s going well, you even sleep together then BOOM they want nothing to do with you after the fact. MC is arrogant and petty yes but like the authors note said and I peeped he’s just using his arrogance as a way to not come to terms with his feelings. We as the readers have an inside look into his mind so we can be like this asshole stinks but on the outside he’s been pretty decent to the ML. ML doesn’t have our perspective so why is he treating the seme like this. What did he do so wrong that he’s completely shut out after being so friendly and intimate with each other just the other day.
