I hope you realize officials are professionals and the original people working on the story. The chapters ahead of “official” are typically fan translated from raws and these people aren’t getting paid, they have no connection with officials.
I can tell it not properly translated since the names aren’t spelled correctly and a few others things are different. I just really really hate cliffhangers!!! It makes my mind wander sometimes and sometimes I even think about it when I’m trying to sleep.
