I thinkkkk either the person is actually standing there or it's a flashback to when the person WAS there. The person is shaped strangely like Dohu so maybe what's his face (sorry can't remember) is imagining that it was him (I highly doubt it was but considering the vaguely topical comment he made earlier in the episode, it's gonna lead to some major misunderstandings)
There is no one standing there. Essentially, Juheon sees the messed up room and then recalls Dohu saying he'd just break in if he wanted to. So Juheon is just superimposing Dohu's words, onto what he sees in the room and is potentially assuming it was Dohu that broke in.
But I dont think that Juheon truly believes Dohu did it. They were both at the meeting room together so Dohu wouldnt have had the time to come and mess up the room. It's likely that Juheon has turned into a more paranoid person. We can see this in that he is very sure Dohu is trying to use him again.
