I would agree, but he didn't get much attention in the mature scenes and didnt show much, and even made sure to make him 20 years old, im sure the author added him because of the "little brother" type of romance option that is usually on dating games. He doesn't act like a child, and while he is short, he does not have such a child-like appearance beside his height.
