I feel the same about Melting Point too. Melting Point is more slow burn. But nothing can beat this one.
Unintentional love story is more slowburn than melting point and im a huge lover of slowburn myself. I just don't feel the emotions in that one. The characters are somewhat boring too. And yes i agree nothing beats this one. I have read unintentional love story multiple times and it's still so peak to this day.
The built up of the slow burn was in Unintentional Lovestory was far better. The characters were totally into eachother while in Melting Point the MC looks always bored and goes with the flow while the ML tries hard. I don't know where the story will go but like I said I always come back to Unintentional Lovestory.
Yes that's it. The way it's one sided and the mc just goes with the flow even tho he's not interested is what turns me off. I do love yearning men but im not fan of how they're sleeping with each other without both of them falling in love first.
I disagree. I thought it was fairly obvious that Eunsan is in denial about being attracted to Ian, hence why he tried so hard to find all sorts of excuses to reject Ian, except that he always ended up unable to. He always has a soft spot for Ian, and is highly affected when Ian left him to Canada. He was also jealous when Ian was being friendly with another woman. Eunsan is an unreliable narrator when it comes to his own feelings. That's why his actions don't line up with it.
I miss them so bad. Whenever im reading melting point im always reminded of this masterpiece. I just can't get into the other story. Melting point feels like a downgrade compared to this one. I really want to get into that story but ughh
