Hiiii I just finished the anime at s3 anyone know at what chapter do I begin to read?

Honestly, I would recommend reading it from the beginning, its a very enjoyable time and there are subtle differences between the Anime and the Manga. But probably go from the end of the harvest arc, which is chapter 140.
