There is no way it isn't intentional. Definitely the artist making her resemble the parents more
Earlier in the story it was mentioned that when the duke was younger his eyes were darker and when the duchess was younger her hair was darker, so I believe she is getting the features that her parents have.
Her hair is getting lighter idk know if it's intentional or maybe an art change
Her eyes are getting clearer as well used to be dark green
