Or the four stand right by the portal so Roska only has to stand on the circle for half a minute while they run through. Then Roska steps off the portal and the mud puppets meander around again... There's really no need for him to die. Will he be stuck? Yes, but not dead...
The path differs depending on the people that go through the portals. ML was solo, so he ran into different stuff (like his he was with the kids before getting to Mundus (sp?)), but this group got there after the sacrificial altar instead. Most obvious showing of this is that the spider wasn’t dead when they got there. No way it would’ve survived an encounter with the Duke if he was sent there.
Something doesn’t make sense…why roska has to die when our handsome Ml could pass without sacrificing anyone???? Or they don’t have the same road???
