Even fiction has to explain smth illogical happening on its pages by some plot logic, like magic or smth, you cannot just do whatever. But bad fiction doesnt need to do so, so its ok i guess.

Yeah definitely sex after you wake up having spent 20 years in coma is a much better scenario than years of therapy to cure muscles and brain atrophy and other physiological psychological and cognitive issues.
