Well it is a short story after all but the author did well with what she can in my opinion I love her. So please don’t hate her
My criticism just comes from a place of dissatisfaction. I LOVED Define the Relationship so I went looking for more, but this was severely lacking in all departments but the art.
Characters had no development, plot was non existent, “conflict” was solved in like 2 panels.
I understand it’s a short story, but most yaois are this length and still provide more than smut.
Define the Relationship did all of those things PERFECTLY.
Oh I truly couldn’t agree more but it’s only 5 chapters so technically it wasn’t enough to fit in character development that would satisfy any of us but hopefully she’ll make another good story soon that’ll be just as good as define the relationship
then go read those other yaoi. god forbid an author want to do a simple plot for once. just because they wrote a 100+ chapter story once, they have to that for the rest of their career? foh

DTR was NOT written by this author, she's only the *artist* for the manhwa adaptation so of course the storytelling is different and 2. this story is 5 chapters long, DTR is 100+. did it ever come to you that comparing these two stories is completely idiotic? you read a 5 ch story and then were surprised it didn't have some crazy plot or character development?
it's incredibly irritating to read a wholesome, simple short story just to go to the comments and find someone comparing it to a story of a completely different wavelength and then claim this was "lame". this story works perfectly fine for what it is intended to be, it's not the author's fault you're dumb.
