What are you talking about? Even if Enzo was also abused, it doesn't mean they have to 'cope' with it in the same way. Besides, I think he's the only biological child from that marriage? All this only shows why it happened, but was he twisted from the beginning? I don't think so. He's probably a sociopath, not a psychopath (meaning he wasn't born that way, but acquired it through everything he went through). Plus, I haven't seen anyone excuse his actions... And I don't think he would have had such 'negative' feelings towards Rubi if he hadn't been treated that way, but I can't say that 100% either—maybe they just wouldn't be pure, but he wouldn't have abused her

Enzo was treated almost the same but he never acted that way towards Ruby. Ceasar was born to be that twisted kind of person, his tendency just got bigger because of their Dad's abuse. Don't go justifying his actions now because he still would've felt those incentous feelings towards Ruby one way or another.
