I think it's fine to just let people think that way??? I mean, if you read it carefully you can understand why they want Taekang to suffer more. Taekang took advantage of the contract for his own benefit without helping Yigon. He acted cruelly and belittled Yigons feelings even saying hurtful things to him, ofcoudse asking for him to bloody suffer isn't justifiable because it's ultimately up to the author
The contract is one-sided in favor of Tae-kang, it's stipulated Yigon had to obey him, sexual favor included. Tae-kang treated him like shit and, despite that, Yigon did his part of the deal while Tea-kang didn't and never intended in doing so. Tea-kang 1st reaction when learning Yigon nearly died because of him was "Why do I care?", if someone die because of him is something he doesn't care about. Tea-kang isn't much better than Yigon's brother, he is a piece of thrash and deserve to suffer.
When consent is forced, it's a rape. Tae-kang abused Yigon's weakness to force his consent, given the relationship was contractual and fake, sex wasn't necessary but Tae-kang did because he could force Yigon. And, again, Yigon did his part of the contract while Tea-kang didn't and never intended to.
What do you genuinely mean tho? As far as I remember their contract was just that they will be in a pretend relationship and taekang will get sexual favors from yigeon. What do you mean he didn’t do his part of the contract? Also consent was not forced in this context because he said it beforehand??
Wdym? The recent chapter clearly shows how Taekang admitted he caught feelings during their contract period which is the same as Yigon. And if we're talking about contract, one of the articles stated that "A (Taekang) should proactively protect B (Yigon) from Jeong Hakyung". It's not as simple as just being a pretend boyfriend but also eliminating all possible threat from Hakyung, but did we ever see him "proactively" do that? He always demanded Yigon to respect their contract, but Taekang himself half assed his end of the agreement
When the choice is between "Yes" or "Death" is it really a choice? When someone is in no position to refuse, their consent has no value. Tae-kang knew Yigon was in no position to refuse and used that to his advantage.
As for the contract it stipulated Tea-kang had to protect Yigon from his brother or Tea-kang never intented to protect Yigon since he never considered the threat as real. At no point during the duration of the contract Tea-kang ever took his obligation toward Yigon seriously.

Yall are acting insufferable in the comments lmao. It’s almost like he stated before that it’s just a contract and pretend relationship and he doesn’t want anything serious……..
