Apparently seme was gang rapef by uke in the past after he confessed to him. The uke recorded it and sent it to seme's mother anf it sent her to the hospital. Uke doesn't remember tho because in all his fighting he banged his head and forgot. It seems like the fox guy also had a hand in planning some of this shit too, basically uke's dickiness turned everyone else into a dick and that came back to slap him in the dick... So everyone sucks and should seek help
