EXTREMELY so. Even before they get together, they're very close. It's to the point where they basically never get jealous, because they both know that the most important person to them is each other.
Of course, they never put it clearly into words. ╮(￣▽￣)╭

The MC is the sociopath -- as is common among espers; all that matters is their guide, and the rest of the world can go burn.
The ML is the yandere -- will kill anyone who tries to take the MC from him and is not opposed to kidnapping the MC and locking him up somewhere where only he can see him.
They are both insane, it's actually so cute.

My favorite part of this novel is how amazing the two leads are. One's a sociopath and the other's a yandere, and they both lie to each other CONSTANTLY.
Neither of them are good people, but they try their best to LOOK like they are, because they don't want to disillusion the other. It takes SO LONG for them to be honest with each other. (≧∀≦)
