Probably, grandma is quiet about it since she's th e badguy of the story and I think it is mentioned that dojin doesn't know buyl is meeting her since he sneaked after he saw a dojin being a bit suspicious, so he probably can't ask him or if dojin does know and buyl did asked he probably shut him down and buyl never asked again it's just a theory tho
Dojin is to blame, he knows the trauma Hyesung has been through with his parents and had the audacity to be in “good terms” with the mother hyesung has yet to forgive but why is byul not curious about the feud between his mom and grandma?
Its true that Dojin is to blame but If you were byul, would you talk to your grandmother not wondering why your mom is not in good terms with her? like are you not gonna be curious to why? I think byul partially contributes also
