He's in a relationship with a dom, he can satisfy his sub desires with Oto. He CANT satisfy his dom desires in this relationship and so he could get sick for it, therefore he can manage his dom desires with medicine

Why would he use Dom desire suppressants? Wouldn’t he want to suppress his sub desires??
