'Possessed by a Cotton Ball' ( https://www.mangago.zone/read-manga/possessed_by_a_cotton_ball/ ) is pretty similar in my opinion, but the MC is a toy– like, a plushie. But, small spoiler, he'll be able to turn human later in the story. It's not finished yet too.

Whether it's BL/Yaoi or shonen ai, I don't mind!! I just find it hard to find good historical BL that are funny/not too angsty like this one :((
