Goblins tend to be represented as physically smaller, even in human forms, in a lot of fantasy stuff. If you look at the rest of this family you'll see the traits are pretty consistent , which is what really seals it for me that he's just small not underage

Cuuute. The goblin x damphir had me concerned but I just had to remind myself it was fantasy and he's probably older than he looks (at least Imma tell myself that ╥﹏╥)
