I completely agree with you there are things that should just left like that. If the author tried the forgiveness route that'll be fucking disappointing. But I understand why byul is visiting him, all he know is that she's his grandmother. But hyesung's husband on the otherhand? Fuck him. He knows what hyesung been through so for me he betrayed him.

Hye-sung's egg donor is literally the worst character of this story. She's a pathetic liar, a leecher who has no dignity and an attention whore. She had no problem with abandoning her son for another family. Now that her chosen family is gone she leeches off Hye-sung's family with no shame. If she had had any dignity she wouldn't have accepted Dojin's help in the first place. She always needs someone to pay for her bills, always needs someone to shower her with love. (I wouldn't be surprised if she baby-trapped Hye-sung's father. Actually, i'm kinda sure she did.) She could have laid low and lived with the things she was given but nooo, she needs the attention. Her new victim is Byul. She doesn't care about Hye-sung's feelings as long as she gets the attention from Byul. Look how she reaches out when Byul doesn't visit her, she doesn't think she doesn't deserve the attention.
I think the author will mend the relationship between Hye-sung and his mother and that's a huuuuge mistake. Why do authors always try to strip characters from negative feelings? Humans are not one-dimensional creatures, it's normal to hate some people and live like that. Bad people need to live with the consequences of their actions but this "forgive and forget" trend just makes the evil people get away with it. The egg donor shouldn't get away with it.
