It’s the anticipation that makes it fun for me. I’m holding out hope that it’s not cliche but who knows?
i think it's really cinematic and that slow burn is used to exemplify it (also face cards carries the hype) so maybe you have to dedicate more time consuming it or maybe fast paced stories suit you more???
Yeah I get that, i also always want to know how a story ends which is why I guess I'm still going to finish this.
The art style is really beautiful your right, and i dont usually read slow burns to often so maybe I shouldn't really judge it until I actually finish the story.
