He rejected his love confesion because he knew that Jaheon was only following what he was taugh and that his feelings are not real. Jaheon was already feeling confused and depressed because all the presion he has as a failed sacrifice and his own issues. He ran off the woods by own decision. Glasses didn't want him in the house but he didn't told him to leave either. While it's true he didn't went to save him, why would he if that would mean bringing back to the house because Jaheon has not other place to go and Glasses wanted him to live under the sun and not like some sacrifice (he saved him once already), and he considers his duty as God more important than anything else, it was Jerk Mugo who went after him.
