Ye he was in one of the first few arc. I could be wrong in the details but from what I remember, before Lloyd's transmigration, Lloyd's dad was in a lot of debt and was basically a slave to these other nobles, being pushed around a lot. This specific noble had a lot of land Lloyd needed for his projects and they were formally his Dad's land so Lloyd being Lloyd I think blackmailed the hell outta him
