He's basically just using Nanjo, lied to him by pretending naive when really he just came for sex, invited the white haired guy too
I don't hate him just don't like him because he's the one that started everything, he's fake, lied to Nanjo, bad mouth him with his friend, sees nanjo as a trophy, and is shamaless enough to boast about it and his acting to Mokyeon, also he makes his friend seem like the bad guy, while he enjoys himself.
Not that Mokyeon is that good but before that mess he got himself in, it didn't seem like he played with people like Sunhwa. Of course theres a reason they're friends, and what he did to Sunhwa was out of hand, the things he did to Nanjo are bad too.

I think most readers are reading too much into him. He’s just acting like a spoiled brat and I don’t think he will retaliate in next season. He’s just vexed he was played like a fool by his own trusted friend Mokyeon and Nanjo, the rich guy he thought he had in his pocket. Him being acting like an innocent guy is just the play he used to lure Nanjo. But that’s about it. He just likes the attention. He does not truly love Nanjo.
Now I can imagine him making fun of Mokyeon being a love fool while he goes on finding other playmates. I do not see him as a true villain.
