1. a lot of people tried scamming them by saying they were their daughter
2. mother was lowkey depressed and blamed herself for the disappearance of the daughter
3. she looks nothing like them(bc of the spell shes under)
the mother reacts negatively and thinks mc is mocking her.
later on(dont remember how much later, but not at the end) they learn the truth and she moves in with them and they erase everyone’s(servants) memories of her, idk why
and they try to break the curse
of course the mother regret so much for yelling at their first meeting and tries to make up for it. mc doesn’t forgive her right away cuz she got really hurt obv.
