Not just that, but MC feels extremely guilty in general and responsible for what happened to ML in that past. Not to mention he still technically has feelings for him
im kinda confused like is he stopping him from leaving or...? like have i forgotten why he just accepting this and also they both like each other can't they just be normal about it all (〜￣△￣)〜
