It's a troupe most often found in danmei and manhua — Chinese BL novels and comics — which can roughly be translated to 'master/mentor/teacher fucker' AKA fucking banging ur teacher. Just as it says on the tin, the MC are often the ML's teacher, either in youth or simply just took an elder/mentor role in ML's life thus raising the guy in a sense. Often times, not always, the troupe also involve a level of age-gap, power dynamic differences (and status differences), and of course teacher/student relationship.
This troupe is popular, especially in Chinese fandom cus gap-moe and flipping dynamics are just well-beloved and this troupe is built off of that. Where ML typically are the bestest boy in the MC presence, and quite the... white-flower in their youth. Then grew up to be have quite the devious personality and tops the teacher as an adult, thus flipping the dynamic. So a lot of Dom/Sub is also included in the mix when discussing this troupe.
Obviously since this is a troupe, it really depends on the writer in how they write it BUT it generally includes what I have just described.

Does this also apply to non-danmei/manhuas too? I understand that it's a well known term within the chinese fandom, like what if there's this same plot too but in a typical modern bl genre? Or does this generally apply to danmei/manhua or murim bl genre? Genuinely curious..
It's not often used outside of Chinese fandom and outside of danmei in general BUT it is a known and acknowledged troupe that exist I'd say!
It's becoming a lot more popular these days outside of danmei is what I would describe it, so I can't say whether shizun-fucker would be the specific wording that would get adopted by the fandoms (again outside of danmei) since the term 'shizun' is involved thus it's not really an accessible term to use for those not knowledgeable in Chinese words/terms/language BUT there have been instances of troupe word in a different language still being used by global fandoms (a lot of JP worss), so who knows!
Maybe shizun-fucker will become a default tag name or maybe they would just leave it as teacher/student dynamic instead, or maybe it'll have different iterations like for Uke/Seme in JP Gong/Shou in CN, and Top/Bottom in ENG!

So I guess shizun-fucker is just a well-known chinese term within the danmei fandom, but I'm sure that it has different iterations for JP and ENG because the mentor/mentee is a well-known troupe as well within other fandoms, it's just shizun-fucker is the spicy version of mentor/mentee in CN terms ~ (◠‿◕)
Maybe there are no official terms for the other fandoms yet, but shizun-fucker will probably just be the main term for the meantime when it comes to banging your mentors.. ₍ᐢ..ᐢ₎♡

It’s a term from danmei (Chinese BL) fandoms meaning a disciple who falls in love with/wants to have sex with their master. Shizun = martial arts or cultivation teacher, and a disciple falling for their Shizun is a trope in both straight and gay Chinese romance novels.
