The allegations are dismissed after Nora wins the duel of honor. In truth, Jeremy does like her but he refuses to act on it to the very end.
Priest likes Shuri romantically but because he's a misogynist and religious fanatic he views shuri as sinful temptation and thinks the world will only be better if she's dead. Thats also what happened in her first life. The incest accusations was made up by him to put her and family in a corner and author their eventual demise
