Hi! There are physical copies of all 5 volumes in Japanese (and also in Taiwanese according to the author's recent posts)! The English version is still not available though Hope this helps

On a side note, one of the perks of buying the japanese copies is that you'll get extra stories :D (plus when you arrange of spines/backs of the first 4 volumes in the correct order, it'll turn into a very cute connected (?) design lol, sorry just some random info )
Oof, sadly it's hard to find an irl and online bookstore that sells jp manga that are not quite popular and special requests to buy em cost extra. (´；ω；｀) I'm also not fluent in jp so I don't see much benefit in buying jp manga.
I guess all I can do is pray to the yaoi gods and hope this story will suddenly become popular overseas so that the publishers will be encouraged to make an EN ver. OTL
