nah she’s just as bad imo. she KNEW what the FL was going through but acted indifferent to it and basically enabled said behavior. she may not have done it herself but she also did nothing to stop it either, which is just as bad in my eyes cause she actually did have the power to do so.
if you see someone getting bullied until they'd just unalive themself and STILL do nothng aka a bystander basically you're just as worse, maybe even more cruel since she smiled through it all, feigning ignorance, and let's not forget she's the main reason mc was getting bullied in the first place
She’s definitely not a good person, but I don’t think she deserves that kind of treatment or this big revenge. She never went out of her way to harm the FL, and from her point of view suddenly having a commoner mother and sister whom her father adores so much that he even yells at her in the first official meeting I’d probably be even more bitter hahaha I mean she saved her life later?? Maybe she did it to look better but the outcome is the same. I don’t think there was ever a scene that portrayed her as the scheming, evil stepsister.
I doubt that’s what the story intends, but imagine if the female lead’s entire struggle was a product of her own mind no real enemies, no scheming rivals, just her fighting the delusions of her own insecurity.
