yeah Josh is being too gracious. When they fought previously they were employer and employee which is kinda problematic in itself but not as much as domestic violence over petty jealousy. It wasn't even an instance where he was sure that Josh cheated. He saw him talking to somone and his first reaction was slap him. Yikes
