I mean, it is toxic but let's be real we all have friends that keep letting themselves be a fkin simp that sht pisses me off and rather than fighting those losers and make my friend cry I have to remove myself aswell. Where did his friend lie even if he have a secret crush he justified for being worried, the guy that wanted to fked you is letting ur friend beg him and ur bf new business is covered in all the jerk's favorite decor. Sht kind of looking fked from his side.
We forget that second leads at times have valid points the MC need to rethink their standards.
So whenever he gets pissed he ghost him and then appear whenever he wants? That is so manipulative no matter how right you think you are. If you can't stand the friendship just be clear. And MC really needs to work on his self-esteem and how he allows others treatment to himself. Which ironically is what the “friend” is mad about, yet he is not too different.
