Vent journalinh and meditation (believe me it works, just sit with your eyes closed quietly, and feel grounded, humbled, think of you, the universe, how small we are, how huge the grand scheme is and feel empowered that your are the enlightened one, ik it sounds crazy but it has always worked for me)
Take a few deep breaths: breathe in for 5 seconds, hold for 5, exhale for 5. Do this 5 times.
Then use the 5-4-3-2-1 method for grounding.
Look around you, name 5 things you can see. Name 4 things you’re touching.
Name 3 sounds you’re hearing.
Name 2 things you can smell, and finally,
name 1 thing you can taste.

Any advice on dealing with anxiety? Anything fast and temporary would help .... I'm having trouble le sleeping due to overthinking
