A piece of advice. Relax. Babies pick up on the emotions of those around them. If you’re anxious, scared, worried, depressed, frustrated, etc., they will notice and they will react with that same emotion, only heightened.
I discovered that when I had my son. My mom was the one who pointed out that my frustration at my lack of sleep was the reason I couldn’t get my son to got back to sleep easily at night.
After a few nights of her helping and letting me get more sleep (I was a single mom), and my getting more relaxed, he became more relaxed and easier to handle as well.

Really? I didn't notice . Whenever my niece refused to come with me, I felt so sad that I ended up with tears. I'll try to be more relaxed around her!!
