Cecil's real name is (Ciel) and Cecil is actually a boy, but because Cecil has a face very similar to Chase (their father), and Joshua had a crush for Chase when he was young, so when he saw Cecil looking similar to Chase, Joshua started making Cecil wear women's clothing.

To be honest, no. Pete always questioned why Cecil wore women's clothes even though he was actually a man, but Cecil was also depressed because Joshua had always made him wear girls' clothes since he was little. What made the situation worse was that at their first meeting with Spencer , Spencer said that Cecil was as beautiful as a princess. You know Spencer is very innocent.(￣∇￣")
