Well no....white hair guy is a green flag so far....we don't know if he exploited omegas. All we know is that he's also a victim of the Juvie. Beyond that we know he tried several times to stop the MC from taking part in the, 'smuggling drugs into prison' plan. At worst he's in a morally grey area for hiring the MC to be a drug runner at the beginning of the story. But the MC even states that he's incredibly grateful to the white hair guy for hiring him without asking questions cause he's an omega with a criminal record
