I assume you are not used to how piracy works （￣へ￣）let me give you a summary: official content is locked behind paid walls, people who can't afford have no access, either someone pays these walls and share for the people who can't, or someone force breaks these walls to share. The quality of the content all depends on the method used AND the original distribution.
