You dont go to a stranger's place out of nowhere. At least try to learn more about them before a home visit. You should take care of yourself since you are an adult. If you are sick take sensible priorities

I has classmates who I never talked to before and was invited to their house to do projects. Theyre more convenient coz you can eat while studying and you wont need to bother with being noisy, staying late or spending a lot.
Also Seowon seems to be a sociable person trapped in a sick body. It's kinda understandable why he wants to push himself to the limits and do things he never done before.
