please help me find this yaoi :-))

i'm looking for a yaoi that i read a good while ago but cannot remember a lot about
- i think it was korean
- probably black & white
- uke was really skinny, maybe with black hair and i think he lived above the apartment of seme
- seme worked in an office(?)
- there was a scene where seme was leaving the apartment complex/just smoking outside when he looked up and saw uke
- idk if that was in this story but maybe he thought uke was going to jump??
- and uke is abused and used by his current partner who is not the seme
- this abuser also tries raping him when seme and uke are together as well, and i think the seme stepped in to save him
- seme tries to take care of uke + keep him nourished

i think that's about it. i really hope we can find this together, because it was a great story and i cannot find it in my read list or anything :""(
