So ik it's the worst place to ask advice for

I've taken a gap year due to personal stances. I have this entrance exam in 8days and I really need to brush up on the concepts plus learn new things. I know once I put my mind in it, I can do it. But I am just so unable to even sit down and study. Like Idk I am unable to convince myself to even study and IK I'll regret later on if I don't start studying again. So can y'all give me some crazy advice so that i can start studying again i can't stop procrastinating. I know it's bad and yet I can't stop it.
Also Therapy isn't an option. I'm broke

Scare yourself into studying by telling people around you you’re not studying and they can peer pressure you into doing it. Nothing worse then your family walking into room and seeing you on phone rather then studying

Study in a public place. I love studying at cafes with lots of natural light. The atmospheres is great and I get to reward myself with treats. Im also not crazy enough to try to read BL in public so im forced to not be distracted. For free options, libraries, hotel lobbies, court houses (if your country allows it), etc.

Bore yourself to the max, block all your distracting apps (there are apps for that) and sites, no movies or shows, no reading. I promise you when you're bored even studying will feel fun
