It’s not that he can only use them once, more like it strains his tiny fragile plate! Those powers are called ancient powers and usually it takes someone with a large plate like Choi Han’s and the luck to encounter them and to pass their tests to earn them! Cale’s plate is tiny and usually shouldn’t be able to hold more than one (anyone with more than one usually explodes and dies) but luckily if you read the novel it explains that the order he gained them helped balance his plate! P.S. the water one you saw of him using in a forest (guessing) on tiktok isn’t an ancient power!!! Rather it’s more like a substitute. I don’t think the Manhwa reached the point of him gaining the water ancient power yet. I recommend reading the novel, it’s sooo funny how he interacts with them!
