No friggin way! This story keeps surprising me; it's way more layered and has a lot more depth than I first thought. You know I can't read through angst without spoilers! I thought this would be a classic reincarnation story, although a lot more traumatizing and angsty. In the beginning, Carcel was shown as this airheaded archetype, but he is so multifaceted, too! I might have to start reading the novel.
So true! I actually didnt like carcel in the beginning but after finding out about their previous lifes,I actually kinda feel sorry that she's using him without knowing the sacrifices he made for her in her other 2 lifetimes.
As in king do u mean the prince or the actual king bc if its the prince I read a spoiler( I may be wrong) that he actually also remembered his past life memories as well
