Well based on what I could understand reading the raws, he genuinely liked him when he was human, and he is the one who has treated mc with most respect while abusing him (I know this sounds horrible, but let's remember the bar is in hell) he didn't bleed or was forcefully penetrated, so yeah, I would consider him less trash than the other rapists
