To those who want Dohu to apologize, no, that would not change anything. Dohu had apologized multiple times 4 years ago, and Juheon did not accept it. After all, what Juheon wanted was never an apology, but a confirmation that Dohu did indeed love him. However, due to the deep trauma of constantly being used by others, Juheon could no longer trust anything that comes from Dohu's mouth. This is the main reason why no amount of communication could amend this relationship for as long as Juheon's trauma remains unresolved.

While there are others who think Dohu should have just left Juheon alone, that would not work either, as that would just be Dohu repeating the same mistake he did 4 years ago. If only Dohu was more persistent in showing his love to Juheon 4 years ago, Juheon may not have left. Right now, Dohu's persistence is actually the correct thing to do. He is being very direct with his thoughts and feelings towards Juheon, and that is what Juheon needed the most. Leaving Juheon alone would only make Juheon's wound deeper.
