Baekya thought he was straight the entire time until Hyeon kissed him. When I discovered I wasn't straight either, it avoided the person who.made me realise that for a long time. That mind of thing is very stressful, especially when you're a teenager. Plus, Baekya tends to overthink alot. The situation was stressful for Hyeon, but he wS willing.to wait for Baekya to sort himself out and come to him because pushing him would only male things worse
.
Give Baekya some grace. He's still just a kid, after all.
I get it all, but it still pissed me off. I forgot to mention, Hyeon kept asking Baekya what's happening and he always dodged his questions or changed the topic.. I'm fascinated how long Hyeon waited and how hard he tried to make things work
But yeah I'll keep reminding myself that Baekya is only a kid who got scared of new feelings. Guess I just wanted happy and simple stuff

I know I'm gonna get a bunch of dislikes but I'm used to it and I just need to express my disappointment. I was obsessing over this manhwa until Hyeon kissed Baekya and then Baekya started acting weird and ran away from him repeatedly. I tried to put myself in his shoes and I get all the shock and panicking about admitting that you like someone of the same sex, but it still didn't sit right with me. I kept asking myself, how could Hyeon be so patient? Baekya was driving him back and forth non stop through most of the manhwa and he was still talking to him, as if it didn't hurt being near someone who 'didn't like you back'. That felt so unrealistic. I kept reading to see how Baekya runs to Hyeon to scream he likes him too as soon as he realises it, but no.. he still kept acting weird and didn't do a thing. Even though he knew how much he made Hyeon wait and suffer. When they finally became boyfriends, I couldn't even be excited for them. I didn't know whether I should laugh or cry. This manhwa had so much potential at the beginning... what a shame. It's not the worst at all, I guess I just had higher hopes for it than usual considering it's high rating and the idea that was presented at the beginning.
